Features of vacuum evaporation gold plating:
Single furnace is a coating umbrella, with high output (single furnace 6 inches 20+ pieces), low overall cost, but the firmness and density of the film layer are not as good as the magnetron sputtering process
Features of magnetron sputtering gold plating:
Mostly single-piece furnaces, single furnace yield is low, and the unit price is relatively high.
Our feature is that our company has a continuous magnetron sputtering gold plating production line, and the cost of gold plating for a single furnace is relatively low. There are also multi-piece gold plating equipment, a single furnace can produce 20+ pieces of 6-inch wafers, the overall cost is relatively low, and it has a relatively high cost performance.

It currently has 15 employees and has rich experience in nanofabrication (coating, lithography, etching, two-photon printing, bonding) and other processes.
