Large Warpage Wafer

Shanghai Aomeda Microelectronics has successfully developed high-warped silicon wafer products based on its self-developed processes.

Currently, we can provide 12-inch wafers with a maximum BOW value of 3mm. We are also in the process of developing wafers with even higher warpage, up to 15mm, to meet the market's diverse demand for warped wafers.

Regarding the BOW value accuracy, we can achieve a precision of 5% and can also precisely control the BOW value.
