1、 The nonlinear coefficient is extremely high, and the frequency doubling conversion efficiency surpasses LBO/BBO
Under the same crystal length and pump power, the single pass frequency doubling efficiency of PPLN is 15-20 times that of LBO and 6-8 times that of BBO; Low power continuous single frequency ultraviolet (ion trap, precision spectroscopy) does not require complex high-precision external cavities.
2、 Pure fiber optic optical system without cavity mirror structure
Typical experiment: The 1552nm laser from the seed source is amplified by EDFA, and a 776nm laser watt level output can be achieved through one PPLN waveguide doubling; By doubling the frequency of the 776nm laser to 388nm ultraviolet through a secondary PPLN waveguide.
In the future, we can achieve direct cascading of two frequency doubling processes on the same waveguide.
3、 Good spot quality
Single mode fiber polarization maintaining output, with beam quality approaching perfection.
Actual testing of delivered products
The device uses 776nm polarization maintaining continuous light as the pump source, without the need for complicated spatial optical path debugging. It can directly couple and output 6mW 388nm ultraviolet laser with fiber optic coupling, and adapt to the rapid integration and construction of all fiber optical systems

The launch of the new ultraviolet product fills the gap in the company's short wavelength laser frequency conversion products and breaks through the industry limitation of low output power of ultraviolet frequency doubling devices. We will continue to optimize the waveguide process and chip design in the future, further improve the optical performance of the devices, and provide customers with highly integrated and easy to debug laser frequency conversion core devices.
