27 µm 6-inch Z-cut self-supporting lithium tantalate (LiTaO₃) thin-film wafer for pyroelectric detectors

Shanghai Aomeda Microelectronics Co., Ltd. provides self-supporting lithium tantalate (LiTaO₃) wafers for pyroelectric detectors, with a maximum size of 6 inches and a minimum thickness of 20 µm. In the past, the industry typically used 3-inch, 27-µm-thick Z-cut lithium tantalate thin-film wafers. By adopting innovative processing technology, our company has expanded the wafer size from 3 inches to 6 inches, significantly reducing both the manufacturing cost and improving the processing efficiency of pyroelectric detectors.

At the same time, our company can also provide coating and dicing services on ultra-thin lithium tantalate wafers.
